✅ Returns & Exchanges
• Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
• Returns are accepted only for size issues or manufacturing defects.
• For hygiene reasons, certain categories (like accessories or sale items) are not eligible for return/exchange.
🚚 Return/Exchange Process
1. Contact us via Email / WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order details.
2. Our team will arrange a pickup (if available in your area) or guide you to courier the item back.
3. Once we receive the item, we will process your exchange or store credit.
💰 Refunds
• Refunds are usually provided as store credit / gift card for future purchases.
• In case of manufacturing defects, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns.
• Please allow 7–10 working days for your return/exchange to be processed.
